Abstract

Precision calculations in Quantum field theory has been a field of active research for several years, as they act as a reference to experimentalists to test numerous hypothesis of the Standard Model and also to obtain the signatures of new physics. This thesis is based on both the study of standard Model and beyond standard Model precision studies from the theoretical point of view. The discovery of the Higgs boson discovery at the LHC completes the last missing piece in the Standard Model, and the next step toward precision measurement is to look for a signature from BSM. Pseudo-scalar Higgs is one of the BSM candidates we are interested in due to the similarities with the Higgs boson as long as production procedure is concerned. The small pT region that supplies most of the cross-section is inaccessible to fixed-order perturbation theory due to the presence of large logarithms in the perturbative series. We present the calculation of the combined O
