Abstract

A novel and convenient protocol for the three component, one-pot synthesis of multifunctional quinolinopyranpyrazole frameworks via multicomponent reaction is disclosed. This reaction was performed under solvent, catalyst and column chromatography free condition. The reaction is highly diastereoselective and successfully provided the tetracyclic quinolinopyranpyrazoles in excellent yields.
