Abstract

This thesis is an extensive study of online systems and trends involved in their evolution. Through this thesis, i will check the scope of the evolution of an online system through its users and how in return it actually enhances the user experience. During this thesis a test is carried out by giving a raw application to the users to use it and develop it in return of having a better experience of the application and as well purpose solving by the same. Resultant are based on qualitative and quantitative analysis through literature survey and user testing.
