Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminate are widely used in engineering structures like aircraft, high-end automobile racing and structural engineering applications. Despite the superior mechanical properties of composite materials, their failure is a complex phenomena and required non-destructive evaluation techniques to understand them.
