Abstract
In this laser driven fast electron collimation by magne tic fields from structured targets project we study about the basic plasma physics and laser plasma inter action. Also, Fast electron generation and electron transport regime is identified in which >1 MA, relativistic currents, divergence of fast electron b eam which is generated by high - intensity laser - target interactions, are collimated (or focused) from the structured target by the magnetic field generated at interface between two materials with different resistivity . The strongest magnetic fields appear a t the edge of the electric current due to the radial shear in the current density. The collimated electron beam has numerous applications including inertial confinement fusion and cancer therapy, etc.
