Abstract

This project has aimed to study the current system and define a tangible user experience design solution for better experience of TISP. TISP, Tokyo Summer Innovation Programme, is an annual event organised by The University ofTokyo every year, which is takes place in the University campus in Komaba, Tokyo for 2 weeks around August. TISP2016 was 4th conference happened since 2012 and has been the best so far according to the facilitators. It is a certification summer programme which floats its application for student from all over the world to apply, for different field of studies, specially in the field of social innovation. Every year the selecting member chair selects 20 international students(from different universities) all over the world based on their statement of purpose and general application profile. Selected students , called innovators gather in Tokyo with 20 UTokyo students to understand social innovation in a border perspective and work in a real time scenario with NGO in Japan on different case studies. I was selected as and stronger year by year, I was approached to redesign the experience of the whole programme to make it better for the future. Since my interest always dwelled in user experience design, as an young innovator in TISP2015 and got a chance to attend this summer course in Tokyo. Since TISP community is growing bigger project gave me a chance to practice my experience design theories in real time.
