Abstract

Recent advancements in nano-electronics have resulted in a new class of exciting devices such as Flexure-FET [1] (flexure sensitive field effect transistor). Flexure-FET is a potential candidate for detecting bio-molecules. Sensitivity of classical bio sensors such as electrical [2] and mechanical [3] bio sensors suffer from fundamental limitation.
